1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you can return it within 3 days and get your refund. But for this, you will have to make a video of opening the product and send it to the company’s email.

1.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Order: If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will rectify the issue and arrange for a refund if necessary.

2. Will not be Eligible for Return & Exchange

2.1 Used Products: Any products such as clothing and electronics will not be returned after use.

2.2 Without any Defect or Exchange Products: You may return or exchange a product only if it is damaged or has been replaced. Apart from this, the product will not be returned in any other way.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period, and provide them with the necessary details, such as your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) or in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include all the accessories, manuals, and any other items that were originally included with the product.
  • Affix the return shipping label provided by our customer support team onto the package.
  • Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier or schedule a pickup.
