At HubsKart we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, but customer get damage or wrong product. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and make the refund process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the return conditions given below:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you can return it within 3 days and get your refund. But for this, you will have to make a video of opening the product and send it to the company’s email.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Order: If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will rectify the issue and arrange for return.

 

2. Refund Process

2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return authorization process if applicable. This may include providing you with a return shipping label or instructions.

2.3 Return the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the designated address provided by our customer support team.

2.4 Refund Confirmation: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the refund status.

2.5 Refund Time frame: The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to process.
